Suffolk Holidays offers self catering cottages, houses and apartments to rent throughout the year. Whilst the traditional holidays and summer season are the most active periods, the region is attractive to holidaymakers throughout the year. Each season brings its own appeal and our properties are an ideal base from which to explore the area.

Our team, led by local directors Debbie Frost and Jayne Smy, have extensive experience in the letting of holiday cottages in the area. We are dedicated to providing a quality service to both property owners and holidaymakers alike. We feel strongly that a warm welcome, to a clean and well presented cottage, will ensure that holidaymakers fully enjoy their stay in Southwold and the region, leaving with an intention to return and to recommend their experience to others.

We have a broad portfolio of accommodation from flats with sea views to rural cottages and substantial seaside houses accommodating larger groups. Choices are available throughout Suffolk with a concentration on the uniquely atmospheric locations of Southwold, Aldeburgh and Walberswick.

• Property promotion through national advertising, website and excellent colour brochures.
• Established customer base - many holidaymakers make repeat visits to the area.
• Detailed knowledge of the territory - properties throughout Suffolk area.
• Owners are free to occupy their property without restriction, in co-ordination with booking  schedule.
• Supplementary services arranged by SHL include highchair hire, baby sitters & welcome  packs.
• Excellent cleaning and maintenance team to keep your property in prime condition.
• Routine tasks undertaken on your behalf - wheelie bin location, property checks, minor repairs etc.
• Regular duties arranged - window cleaning, laundry, gardening etc.
• Special attention organised when required. Decoration, repairs, furniture installation etc.
• All charges defined in our annual tariff and declared on each monthly invoice.
• Payment of rents due are made in first week of each month by cheque or to your account.
• Monthly report on booking status.
• Newsletters issued during the year to keep you informed of developments.
